The Kitsap Humane Society is hosting an information session from 6-7 p.m., Thursday, April 12, in the Training Center for anyone who is interested in joining our volunteer team! Topics to be covered include what we do here at the shelter in each department, what the current volunteer opportunities are and how to get started. Volunteers must be at least 13 years old and should be able to commit to at least eight hours per month for six months. Come learn about our volunteer team and how you can join our mission!
