Statewide Shelter Open House
Saturday October 1st KHS is participating in the 5th annual Statewide Shelter Open House! This event is organized by Pawsitive Alliance, dozens of shelters across Washington are participating! Volunteer Orientation for new Kitsap Humane Society volunteers will be held in the KHS Training Center at 3:00pm, followed by a choice of either Canine 101 or Feline 101 training class at 4:00pm. Space is limited, so please make sure to RSVP at volunteerdept@kitsap-humane.org prior to attending. You must submit a volunteer application before attending Orientation.

Come on out to a spooky Pints for Pets event at Dog Days Brewing in downtown Bremerton. Bring your dog, wear a costume, and have some fun! 1$ from every pour will be donated to KHS. Prizes will be awarded for costume participation and this is an all ages event. Drink beer, help animals and feel good!
