Whaling Days
Kitsap Humane Society will be at Whaling Days! Come visit our info booth and say hello! Take your picture with our instagram board, spin the wheel for a prize, and get your questions answered. We will also be in the Whaling Days parade on Saturday the 30th of July so be sure to wave as you see us go past!

Pints for Pets
Join us August 10, 2016 from 5-8 pm for another great Pints for Pets event at LoveCraft Brewing Company. $1 from every pour will be donated to Kitsap Humane Society. Drink Beer. Save Animals. KHS is FULL of adorable, adoptable cats looking for homes! This Thursday, August 11th we will be waiving adoption fees for all of our adult felines. Cats of all sizes, colors and personalities will be available for adoption . Come meet a new best friend! Standard adoption process applies, adoption applications must be submitted no later than 5:30pm. Possible license fee applies.

Say Hi to Kitsap Humane Society at the Bainbridge Island SummerFest! KHS will be present to hear your stories and answer your questions. Come out to Battle Point Park to hear live music, check in with local vendors, and enjoy a Summer afternoon. The event runs from 12-9pm with the vendors (including Kitsap Humane Society) present from 12-4pm.

Volunteer Orientation for new Kitsap Humane Society volunteers will be held in the KHS Training Center at 11:00am, followed by a choice of either Canine 101 or Feline 101 training class at 12:00pm. Space is limited, so please make sure to RSVP at volunteerdept@kitsap-humane.org prior to attending. You must submit a volunteer application before attending Orientation.

Whether you're munching an elephant ear, asking a 4H member questions, or checking out baby piglets, you're sure to have a good time at the Kitsap County Fair and Stampede! KHS will be there to answer questions and say hello so be sure to stop by our booth!

Kitsap Humane Society is a non-profit sponsor for this year's Harbor Hounds charity dog walk held in Gig Harbor, WA. You can register and walk with your dog, or simply check out the vendors and entertainment. KHS will have an info booth and will be bringing adoptable animals! Be sure to stop by and say hi. You just might leave with a new furry best friend.

Pints and Pies for Pets
This is the first ever Pints and Pies for Pets! Hood Canal Brewery will be partnering with Peninsula Pies to serve up cold pints and wood fired pizza! YUMMY! Have you ever had Peninsula Pies pizza? It is AMAZING and will go perfectly with one of Hood Canal's refreshing brews (we like the Dabob IPA).
