The shelter will open one hour late (1 p.m.) on Saturday, August 4 so employees can attend the memorial service for staff member Lance Matsushima. Lance was a beloved member of our animal care staff and spent many years prior as a dedicated volunteer. He will be dearly missed. Click here to read his obituary in the Kitsap Sun.
