KHS Welcomes Invisible Fence Intern

November 4, 2011

We are excited to announce the arrival of a fantastic intern from Invisible Fence Peninsulas. Casey has joined their team and will be spending an internship with us, learning different breed profiles and characteristics. Both KHS and Indivisible Fence handle many different species, so this will be a terrific learning opportunity as we always have fun exotic animals coming through the shelter. (like the emu a while back or a more recent peacock!) KHS has an extensive training and rehabilitation program led by Deana Case. Casey will be conducting his internship with Deana. Congrats on a fantastic community project that will ultimately benefit the animals of our region! Please stop by the shelter to learn more about our resources for training your animal or newly adopted family member!
