Scarlet’s Reward Increased to $1,000!

Thanks to KHS supporters, we are now offering a $1,000 reward for any information that will help us in Scarlet’s animal cruelty investigation. Our community is outraged over Scarlet’s horrific mistreatment and has generously offered monetary support to increase the reward size.
