Bear & Ringo – A Dynamic Duo!

November 10, 2015

Meet Bear and Ringo (Intake #48784 and 48785). They’re two cool dudes looking for a home together. They were surrendered because their owner developed medical issues and was no longer able to care for them. They are currently roaming free in the Kitty Lounge, but they are a little scared in the shelter environment and hide a lot. Despite this, they’re really loving, gentle souls. Bear is all black and a big boy at about 21 pounds. We’re told that Bear loves attention, particularly ear, chin and belly rubs and he really likes to be brushed. When completely comfortable with you, he will likely purr and lick your hand to show his love. Ringo is a brown tabby and loves to be petted. His previous owner said he adores ear and belly rubs. Once comfortable with you, he’ll likely purr and vocalize his trust a little. Because they’re a bonded pair, they’ll need to go together to a loving home – preferably one that is quiet with no young children.  And it would be best if they were the only pets in the home. They were previously indoor/outdoor kitties. Come introduce yourself to this handsome pair of kitties today! Someone thought they were so special, they even sponsored their adoption fees. You can meet them and other adoptable animals at the Kitsap Humane Society, open six days a week.
