Whisker Wonderland Adoption Event
It's a Whisker Wonderland! Join us on Saturday December 17th and Sunday December 18th to find your new best friend just in time for the holidays! Adoption fees for cats will be 1/2 off and all other adoption fees will be discounted by $25. Adoption Hours are 12pm to 5:30pm (new applications must be submitted by 4:30pm). Our standard adoption process applies.

The Kitsap Humane Society will be closed on Saturday December 24th and Sunday December 25th for the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day holidays. We will be open for adoptions at the Silverdale Petsmart on Saturday December 24th from 11am to 4pm. The shelter will re-open for adoptions on Monday December 26th at noon.

Happy New Year! Start out 2017 on the right paw by adopting a new forever friend at our Bark in the Mew Year adoption event! Volunteer Orientation for new Kitsap Humane Society volunteers will be held in the KHS Training Center at 3:00pm, followed by a choice of either Canine 101 or Feline 101 training class at 4:00pm. Space is limited, so please make sure to RSVP at volunteerdept@kitsap-humane.org prior to attending. You must submit a volunteer application before attending Orientation.

Please join us for another fun Pints for Pets event at Bainbridge Island Brewing Company on January 10, 2017. 1$ from every pour will be donated to Kitsap Humane Society.
