Kitty Hall Port Orchard
Kitsap Humane Society (KHS) is partnering with the City of Port Orchard to turn City Hall into Kitty Hall! On Tuesday, August 20th the Port Orchard City Hall will be taken over by all things kitty, including adoptable cats and kittens looking for homes.
