Meet Penelope! If you’re looking for a super playful adventure buddy, look no further. Penelope is full of energy and will make sure to show you just how excited she is to see you with her cute floppy tongue and tail wags for days! She LOVES belly rubs and leans into you for all the pets. In her free time, Penelope loves to get dressed up in her favorite outfits, go for lots of walkies, and play with all of her favorite toys.
