Sadie wants to be home for the holidays

December 4, 2014

Hi! My name is Sadie (Intake # 21995) and I’m looking for a true forever home! I’m a beautiful, smart, loving black Labrador Retriever mix. I’ve already been through a lot in my short life and now I need a loving human who will commit to love me. I’ve ended up back at Kitsap Humane Society a few times because my previous owners were unable to keep me and my sister safely contained. I was then adopted, but returned because I didn’t get along with other dogs at the park or those who came over for visits. I’m not interested in having any dog friends and I just want a loving owner who understands this. I’m sad in the shelter kennel, but I really blossom once I’m outside and getting some love and interaction. My former owners said I’m good with kids, too! My favorite things are food, swimming, belly rubs and just hanging out with people. Even though I spent a lot of my time outside during the day at my former homes, I’m said to be housebroken. I have so much love to give and I’m ready to be someone’s best friend. Can you give me the permanent, loving home I so deserve? You can meet me and other adoptable animals at the Kitsap Humane Society, open six days a week.
