Low-Cost Vaccine & Microchip Clinics

Please fill out the Vaccine Clinic Form for Clients and bring with you to the vaccine clinic, paper copies will be provided as well. Review the guidelines below:

1. The veterinarian may refuse to administer vaccine(s) to any animal which cannot be controlled or due to conditions that could compromise the safety and/or health of that animal or our staff.
2. Clients should be residents of Kitsap or Mason County.
3. Prices for services and that payment is due at the time of service (cash or card). Prices are listed on the Vaccine Clinic Form.
4. Clients must meet the income guidelines of less than 80% of the annual median income for Kitsap County:

2-person household $65,920/year
3-person household $74,160/year
4-person household $82,320/year
5-person household $88,960/year
6-person household $95,520/year
7-person household $102,080/year
