You love them, so don’t lose them!

Kitsap Humane Society is now the pet-licensing agent for all jurisdictions in Kitsap County including cities/municipalities and unincorporated Kitsap County. In addition to cat and dog licenses, KHS even issues chicken licenses for the city of Bremerton!

Benefits to licensing your pet:
  • Licenses help lost pets get home, and faster!
  • It’s quick, simple and online!
  • Fees directly support Kitsap Humane Society’s life saving work!
  • It’s the law!
All pet licenses can be purchased, renewed or replaced:
  • Online through Pawzii
  • In person at the shelter during business hours
  • Via mail using the mail-in license application (see below for each municipality’s form)

Licensing fees vary depending on the municipality in which you live, the animal type (cat or dog), and whether or not your pet is spayed, neutered or microchipped.

The fine print: Pawzii Online Licensing charges a $3.00 service fee to offset our costs associated with maintaining an online licensing program for the customer’s convenience.  Licenses are purchased according to the address where the pet lives. Physical addresses are required. PO Boxes are only accepted for mailing purposes.
