Proceeds and donated pet items will go to Kitsap Humane Society\, the Humane Society of Tacoma and Pierce County and the Fish Food Bank of Gig Harbor. The benefit is at Bed\, Bark and Beyond on Fox Island (135 Island Blvd)\, from Noon to 8 p.m.\, Saturday\, Aug. 8. Donations of pet food\, treats\, blankets\, beds and toys are appreciated and will be distributed among the three charities. \n
