Animal Care Technicians at the Kitsap Humane Society provide care and compassion for all the animals in the shelter. Animals are received on a daily basis through pet owners that are unable to keep their pets and strays that are found. Kennels are maintained; animals are fed, watered and monitored for health and behavioral issues by Animal Care staff. Animal Technicians also introduce pets to patrons interested in adoption. Through the consultation they can assist in finding the right pet for the family. We also provide Euthanasia services to the public; however appointments are required to ensure certified staff are on hand and available in order to deliver the utmost care and time to your pet. Admission service hours are from 11am - 5:00 p.m. daily. Adoption hours 12:00 - 5:00 p.m. daily
