Delta Evaluations

Please note this evaluation is posted as a courtesy as an additional available date in the area and not included in the Evaluation provided as part of the Sept. 11th workshop package.

Pre-requisites:

To sign up for a Pet Partners Team Evaluation, it is a requirement that you first complete the Pet Partners Team Training Course - either the in-person workshop format, or the current Home Study format, or be a current Pet Partners Team, renewing.

Time:  9:00am – 4:00pm, By appointment only (6 time slots)

Location:  Washington State Veterans Home, 1141 Beach Dr, Retsil, WA 98378 

Fee: $25.00 cash or check per team (team = 1 handler/1 animal)

 

 

Preparation for Evaluation:

In order to be evaluated the handler must bring with them the completed Handler Questionnaire #5 (in the registration packet), an appropriate brush (soft bristle), a small treat and the animal's current Rabies certificate (tags are not acceptable).

*Please Note: Animals cannot be fed a raw protein diet.
