Behavior Help Line
Behavior problems are the number one reason pets are abandoned, abused or surrendered to shelters. Kitsap Humane Society has launched a Pet Behavior Help Line to support pet owners in their efforts to correct behavioral challenges and keep pets in their forever homes.
The Pet Behavior Help Line offers pet owners instructions by professional trainers on how to modify common behavior problems such as hyperactivity, housebreaking, crate training, socialization and destructive chewing with dogs as well as litter box problems, spraying and destructive scratching with cats. The help line also provides information on introducing new pets to the household and living with multiple animals.
