We were happy to find these photos of Animal Control Officers circa 1962.

Our officers and vehicles have come a long way and so have some of the laws,but our shelter's commitment to abolish animal cruelty has never faultered.

One of the things that has not changed and in fact has increased in need is funding. We are appreciate our community as we would not be able to continue with our program without their support.

Our current vehicles are a far cry from the vehicles in 1962.

The dedication and efforts of our Animal Control Officers are as they were back in 1962.

Education has been key for both our community, our shelter and our personnel.
